DO I HAVE TO BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND AGE 18 OR OLDER?

Silver Tongue Solutions requires that all individuals seeking to become Arise Certified Professionals legally reside in the United States and are 18 years or older, if they are servicing customers based in the United States. (Currently Arise is not accepting new applicants from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon & Wisconsin)

WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?

 -PC Computer (laptop or desktop)

 -DSL or cable Internet

 -Phone line (Analog, digital or VoiP/internet)

-VoiP headset

-Computer must have Windows 7 or 8 depending on the client

-A quiet place to work without distractions

-Be willing to put in work

WHAT TYPE OF SERVICES WILL I BE PROVIDING?

Clients offer a wide variety of programs that you can certify for. Client services are not limited to just taking or making calls, your role can also be to provide email, chat or technical support to Clients. Inbound call types may include any or a combination of the following: sales, customer service, chat and technical support.

WHAT FEES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

Silver Tongue Solutions IBO service fee is a flat $35 per service period.

Our low service fee allows us to provide you with support during all phases of your certification process and during the course of our ongoing working relationship, accounting and revenue disbursement services and offers you the opportunity to service clients without having to incorporate.

This fee includes costs for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and Starmatic® scheduling system.

​No fees are charged until the first invoice period after you begin providing customer interaction services to your first client.

WILL I RECEIVE COMPENSATION FOR THE TIME I SPEND IN THE CLIENT CERTIFICATION COURSE?

Silver Tongue Solutions does not compensate for the time spent in an client certification course as it considers that the knowledge obtained while attending the certification course will contribute in making you successful. 


You are Self Employed and you are responsible  to obtain the specialized skills that are needed in order to provide the appropriate services to the client that you choose.

ARE THEIR ANY HEALTH BENEFITS OR PAID VACATION?

Since you are hired as a 1099 contractor there are no health benefits or paid vacation. However, as a 1099 contractor you can write off all business related expenses such as internet, phone bill, computer, home office and more.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

You will need to do the following:

  1. Complete the Admissions process and request to join Silver Tongue Solutions. (IBID 605367 )

  2. Ensure that you have a working computer that will meet clients guidelines 

  3. Purchase a USB headset for certification. This is a headset that plugs into your computer

  4. Purchase a headset that can plug into your landline telephone. (Cordless phones are not accepted)

  5. Have or prepare to have a landline telephone or a digital phone line with no features (At this time, you cannot use Magic Jack, Vonage, etc).

HOW MUCH REVENUE CAN I EARN?

As a Self Employed Contractor the amount of revenue you earn is up to you.  Client opportunities are posted on the Arise portal.  You may click on the green Info button to review the client details, such as the servicing hours available and types of calls you will be taking.  Some clients have hours for CSPs to service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Client pay rates will be made available to you prior to your enrolling in a Client Certification class. (can range from $9-$17/hr)
